Started a 3lb bag on October 17. Injected it with liquid spores. I followed all of the instructions, and everything has come along on track, on time: the mycelium growth was fast and smooth. Now, 40 days later, the shrooms are pinning. Today I'll slit the bag at the top to oxygenate the fruiting. Will also give the bag 12 hours a day of light from a grow lamp. Now, Day 46, I have a near-full first flush. The grow lamp, along with maintaining proper room temperature, has been key for expediting this first flush. A BIG Loud Applause: I'm giving a standing ovation to Mushroom Supplies (a Five Star rating) for their excellent customer service. They always get back to me within a day, answering my questions. And their product is top-shelf––I just purchased two 5lb bags. Exciting for a first-time "shroom farmer".

Although this was my first time I feel like I did everything possible and perfectly to ensure success, but did not have any unfortunately. Aside from that I felt the pricing, packaging and shipping were great.

I only gave 4 stars because I haven't used it yet but my experience with ordering, customer service and getting my bag in a timely manner were all great. Hopefully I get my spores soon and can complete my project.

We are new to growing and have recently just purchased the 5lb and 3lb bags. We’ve read, reread, and watched the videos. They are great and very informative. Living in Colorado though it’s difficult to find a consistent temperature spot so we’ve been unsuccessful in getting them to propagate. It’s not your fault, the product is great, but I’d like to learn first hand from someone in Colorado to dial in my growing technique.
