“At about 23 days in an approximately 3.5" diameter mycelium patch was visible. But after 49 days, nothing has really developed, and I have decided to take this as a loss.”
“This is my 6th bag and 4th success (so far). First couple times were a learning experience for what does and doesn’t work and controlling the environment. Once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty easy.”
“I have been purchasing grow bags from this company nearly as long as I've been growing. They are quick to ship, so easy to use and for a personal hobby grower, these bags keep costs down! I literally just clean my area, clean the injection site, flame my needle, wipe with alcohol pad after and inject, let sit for a few weeks, break up the contents, sit for a few more weeks then transfer to a fruiting chamber. I have yet to try the myco multiplier, but just with the bags and my grow method alone, I get 4-6 flushes from each bag regularly, and once i got 9 on one I flipped upside down!!
I highly recommend these grow bags and this company. They sell a quality product and are quick to answer questions.”
“I grew in bag grow kits 15 years or so ago a few times, back when you had to look long and hard to find them and then they were $250-$300 and I have to say when I saw the price I was a little skeptical but for the price what’s to lose? No contamination and did exactly as advertised, had a great couple of flushes and yielded plenty. Great product and fast shipping”
“as promised, very simple, sterile way to begin growing mushrooms. self-sealing injection port for spore syringes, after about a month, break up the mycelium to evenly distribute throughout the bag, and continue to grow in warm darkness. couldn't be easier!”
“The grow bag with might! For Fresh Air Exchange and the gift of lots of clean substrates, this is the bag. You should be able to grow lots and lots of mycelium to produce clean and fresh mushrooms.
The bags take longer than a grain, however, once you have mycelium growth, you have a great product to work with to create your own mushroom garden. Be careful with your sterile practices when you inject your bag. Otherwise, after that, you can grow in the bag or move your study mycelium to a growing location for more natural results.
Mushrooms are amazing beings. They can do much to support your garden and your recipes that require a little bit of bulk and nutrition. These bags do make it easier as you learn.”
