I sterilized my area, injected the spores, put the bag in a closet and turned my thermostat up above 73. It's been a few weeks and I never got any signs of mycelium or any signs of mushroom growth. So I'm not really sure what I did wrong, buy it was a bust.”

“I never received my package!! I’ve emailed “customer service” over 10 times over the course of a week and all they said was call your local UPS office. After explaining that I already went to the UPS office twice. I haven’t gotten a response nor do I have my package plus they refuse to refund me!! Do not purchase anything from this joke of a company. If anything happens to your package they refuse to refund you and customer service just gives you the run around every time!!”
