“These bags are convenient but expensive compared to making your own. From my own experience I feel they work great up to the point of fruiting. Once the substrate is firm and consumed with mycelium I remove the brick and place inside a large upside down Tupperware container. I place the brick on a metal grated tray that rests on a tray of wet perilite. This way it maintains moisture while not being in contact with plastic and can get air exchange easily. Pic provided is of a 3rd flush coming in after a total of 1.25lbs being harvested.”
