“This was such an easy way to grow my first batch of mushrooms! I inoculated the bag on October 10th, but then started to get worried - at the one-month mark, there were only two small spots of colonization at the bottom of the bag. Patience won out though, and I harvested the first flush (over 33 grams, dried!!) on December 15th! I harvested the second flush on December 30th for another (dried) 18 grams!”
