“Products are polished. Support is better than good. Blogs/videos are helpful. However... As they say "Don't rush the mush!". Note: This contradicts their pre-sales hype videos. In my experience, two to three weeks growth is misleading. That may be mycelium fuz growth. Above ground pinning / fruiting is slow with their standard millet grow bags. They have proven to make improvements. I belive they will continue to make improvements in substrate content, targeting of content to strain relations, and better H²O ratios with continued research.
They do honor deadbeat bags. However, you will be at a loss for spores.”
