“Ordered this kit twice. First time they were sold out and it hadn't shipped in 10 days since I ordered it. I'm so spoiled with how fast shipping is these days that I canceled my order. My refund was promptly returned.
A few weeks later I tried ordering again. The USPS accepted the package but the package never moved after. Again their customer service responded to my email and promptly sent another to me for no charge. This package got stuck at the same step in the tracking shipping process. They once again promptly sent a third kit and it arrived yesterday.
While my experience was annoying I can't put much or any blame on this company. These things happen sooner or later to everyone. I was fortunate enough to have it happen with a site that has an outstanding customer service department. Thank You!
