Also, I accidentally ordered an all-in-one grow bag but I needed just the substrate. Once again, customer service was above and beyond. They understood my mistake and mailed me an extra bag of substrate. I can not say enough good things about Mushroom Supplies, their customer service, and the quality of their products.
