“I had 2 of the 9-grain bags become contaminated with green mold. I emailed Mushroom Supplies and their customer service was excellent. They sent me 3 replacement bags of grain, thank you! Also, I accidentally ordered an all-in-one grow bag but I needed just the substrate. Once again, customer service was above and beyond. They understood my mistake and mailed me an extra bag of substrate. I can not say enough good things about Mushroom Supplies, their customer service, and the quality of their products. Thank you for the Myco-protect option, it is great customer service!”
