“The vials arrived well-packaged and individually wrapped in bubble wrap. All three bottles arrived sterile and ready to use. I inoculated all three vials, and the mycelium began colonizing the liquid within 12 hours. Different species colonize the liquid faster than others, and temperature is a factor. I kept my cultures at 80F, and they germinated quickly. My only complaint is that the size of the sticker on the vials is enormous, and it impedes you from seeing straight through the liquid except for the bottom half inch, so I used a scalpel, removed the labels, and used smaller labels I printed myself.”
