“My experience with this company was very poor. Ordered 2 pairs of air buds which according to their website would be dispatched in 24hrs. I wanted them for a family holiday which was 8 days away. The goods were not dispatched on time so as our holiday was only a couple of days away i decided to email them and cancel the order. They emailed back to say they couldn’t do this as the goods had now been dispatched. Two days after this I received an email to say they had now been dispatched which was the day of my holiday so was too late. They obviously lied about the previous dispatch and didn’t respond to my last email. So I wouldn’t advise anyone else to deal with this company as their customer support is nil and they blatantly lie.
I will be send mine back when I return from holiday.”
“It took over 2.days to get them to pair with my Samsung phone and the instructions received with them minimal and not helpful at all. I'm only finding out how to turn volume up and down by trial and error which isn't very good. I keep switching them off when I don't mean to. I certainly would not recommend these to anyone.”
