I received my order 3 weeks later than expected and when it finally did arrive one ear wasn’t work and the other kept cracking every time someone called me. I had to constantly follow them up to inquire about delivery that they kept telling would be with me soon. I emailed to ask for a refund and a pre paid P&P and was told that I’m expected to cover the cost my self which will not be refunded although they sent me an item that was faulty

This is absolutely rubbish and a waste of money. The instructions are rubbish and it is not pairing to my device as per the instructions. I'd like a refund please

Unfortunately the air buds team let me down and I had to wait a month for a pair of headphones and send various emails to find out that they were having issues with the production.

Gave these to my daughter thinking she would be able to enjoy them, struggle connecting them to devices, iPad will sometimes connect but mostly not. Sound wasn’t bad when they work. Was expecting more.

Absolute rubbish plastic very flimsy the charging box faulty took over 4 weeks to arrive and when then did the sound quality is shocking never. Again waste of. Money
