“Really bad service. After returning my air buds and they confirmed they were issuing my refund on 7 July 2020 I’m still without my money back and they’ve just confirmed they’re sending me a new set which is not what I wanted when they confirmed that I’d be having a refund. Not getting anywhere with the customer service. Still awaiting my refund .”
