“They are great quality for the price, my only criticism is the there is no clear instructions on how long that need to be charged for and there is no light on the black matte headphones to tell me they are charging or are fully charged but other then that they are great”
“Took way over the delivery time to come. Poor response via email when I tried to find out what was going on. And the product itself isn’t great. Poor connections and sometimes only one ear works.
It’s a shame as I had high hopes and wouldn’t want to leave a bad review. Was mainly due to the service and very long wait times. I understand covid etc but this was just poor customer service and extremely slow delivery times. Thanks”
“I ordered a pair for my husband as he lost his Apple AirPods. These are quite flimsy and I can hear the music while he’s listening to them for the other side of the room. I also ordered a pair for my sister in law which hasn’t come it’s been over a month! I have emailed and they haven’t sent them yet!”
