“Product took around 2 weeks to come I felt the communication of the delay was inadequate. Then when I finally received the product it’s faulty and no clear instructions how to refund/return. Very unsatisfied.”

Very short battery life, not helped by the very sensitive touch controls.
Really struggle to manage the on/off.
They don’t automatically switch off when you put them in the case. Every time I put them away it seems to start my Apple Music.
I will persevere but unlikely to buy another set.”
