“One bud did not work, tried everything, emailed the seller and had no reply. The website doesn’t seem to exist on the URL anymore and the my have pulled the product so I wouldn’t have been able to get it replaced.
Bought a new pair from a well known brand and have had zero problems. Don’t waste your money.”
“I am extremely disappointed from their services. Very unprofessional approach I bought airbuds they were faulty they asked me to resend it and I sent them back. It’s been more than 2 weeks they are not replying to my email neither they have given me refund.
I will take it further if they don’t reply till tomorrow”
“Bud's constantly activate voice control whenever you touch them, which then interrupts music. This means that you can't adjust them in your ears without inadvertently stopping music. A total pain. Fair sound quality, nothing special.”
“Sometimes connecting takes a few tries and battery life isn’t all that wonderful. But they work decently, probably wouldn’t buy again though and Would upgrade to something more official”
“MYAIRBUDS sent me a cheap set of airbuds and not the ones i ordered, they promised an exchange and even a refund on June 18th its now August 8th,and i have not received either.
I have emailed today asking for a satisfactory outcome or i shall be in touch with Trading Standards. LEAVE MYAIRBUDS WELL ALONE.”
“I waited 2 weeks almost 3 for these to be shipped and even when they said they were they still haven’t arrived, I recommended a friend before I had even got my confirmation text and he received both the text and product before mine, which still haven’t came, I was wondering how long is shipping usually?”
