“The aesthetic and sound quality is good but the ease/ performance of the overall product isn’t great. It is sometimes difficult to connect them to new devices, and the touch sensitive control system isn’t easy to use (it fully doesn’t work on one of the ears). They also sometimes just cut out/ stop playing, or one of the ears dies even when it’s still ok high charge.”
