“When I received these they both worked, but one of them would only hold its charge for 10 minutes. When I complained I was given a code to use so that I could order another pair free of charge, great, or so I thought!
Nearly 2 months later and these still have not arrived. I have tried several times to contact the company without success.
They obviously don’t care about customer service and just want your money!

“No problems with the order and delivery process. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to work out how to use them, they randomly stop and trying to pause answer calls is very difficult, I’ve reverted to my old Apple headphones. Unfortunately think these are too sensitive for me.”
“I was very i pleased with my AirBuds as I followed the instructions and charged them until they were fully charged and then within 5 minutes of using them one AirBud lost battery and in the next 10 minutes the other lost battery aswell. I am requesting a full refund”
“The quality of the product is appalling. The lid for my case is flimsy and does not lock into place when closed. The airbuds themselves repeatedly disconnect from my device of choice regardless of the device I use.”
“Over all I thought this product was very poor, with in a few days the right ear bud was not working. I did email the company, never heard a thing back from them. Over all very poor product.”
