“Orderd and paid for two sets only received one set, emailed and was told second set had been sent did not receive via Royal Mail, another email sent was told a set had been sent still have not received, having no issues in getting deliveries from Royal Mail took two days for a different parcel to arrive so I don't know what is wrong with this company that they can't deliver to my address, feel that I am being fobbed of with excuses, have asked for refund on second set still have not received, getting response via email but still no second pair. Take your business else where. On a positive note the earbuds work a treat but not worth the hassle from this company...”
“My AirPods did not function properly. They wouldn’t charge at all and they just didn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend. And I tried reaching out to the customer help they didn’t reply anything helpful.”
