I bought a Uwell Caliburn A2 vape it camd with two pods from Cigara .The first pod I filled was damaged leaked everywhere.I had one left its been alright.But knowing could need replacing which it did about 15 mins ago I opened up a new A2 pod sent by Cigara IT LIKE THE FIRST LEAKED EVERYWHERE! Snd lost a load of liquid. So out of the first 3 refillable pods 2 have failed In fairness Cigara credited me with a £4 voucher which I used twds tge next pack of pods only to find the first one leaked on my clothes work surface and everywhere all sticky...there seems to be seal problems with the A2 pods based kn my luck! I do question the quality of the A2 Unwell pods I have 5 left so you be sure if these fail I will report Cant fault cigara delivery just sub standard pods they sell guess mot thief fault

Hi. I recently bought some Uwell Cali burn pods as I have done A LOT of times in the past. I have recently open a box. Then filled one pod with mango medley 20mg (2% nicotine). Within 5 minutes the liquid turns out and it appears the pod burns out. I tried all three other pods in the packet. The same thing happened. This is happened multiple times in the past but I haven’t raised it - I thought it was a one off and accepted the bad batch. But I have spent a lot of money and enough is enough. Please confirm what you plan to do to rectify the situation as I have been a loyal customer for a year. For what it’s worth, the Cali burn pods I used to by at the Bethnal Green store never had this problem. Look forward to hearing from you. Mike
