Awful products. I recently bought a 2nd ‘Smok’ product for £60.00, and surprise surprise the charging lead worked once. The same happened with a previous ‘Smok’ product. I have attempted to email them, but despite receiving numerous emails from them, my email address “Doesn’t exist!!!!” Complete waste of money.

I give it 3 stars only because it is not something I enjoyed that much. The quality of the liquid is perfect of course, and gives very smooth smoke. I just don’t seem to taste the kiwi.

Totally wrong order and missing products I received and even I request for customer service which said will be in contact within 24hours but haven’t get back yet . I got wrong vape and even missing liquid I ordered

Ordered an e cig 2 weeks ago with tracked delivery still haven’t got it and all of a sudden now it’s out of stock
