“I love my Diabetic alert Dog Tags. I will always be a diabetic now but I will fight the fight and win as many battles as I can. These tags alert whoever that I am on insulin and metformin, but my goal is to win over and decrease these needs. As my dependencies decrease, I will be updating my Diabetic Dog Tags.
