“I was disappointed with this necklace. One of the crystals I chose was green, It looks almost black. The silver is weighted, but this doesn't look at all like a moderately expensive item. I wanted this for my daughter for Mother's Day in 2019. I gave her a Celtic cross which is lovely. But the necklace seems substandard in comparison. I don't think I can give it to her. Service and packaging is excellent.”

“We were extremely happy with the service and shipping and the jewelry is beautiful. We ordered this piece but the stones weren't in and wouldn't be in by the time we wanted to give this necklace as a wedding present so we ordered another necklace that could and did come in in time for the wedding.”

“Hello Peter. The service from your shop was excellent. I am not sure what exactly it us about this necklace that makes me not love it completly. Partly it is the heavy thickness of the besel around the stones. Partly the very shiny-ness of the silver. It looks a bit cheap despite my loving the design. I suppose a finner design is what I am looking for. Sorry to be so negitime but since you asked”

“The piece came as expected. However, I did not realize that I purchased the same piece last year. Your staff (Ciaran) responded quickly to my e-mail explaining the situation and I am thankful that you will accept the piece back with full credit. I sent the piece back today and placed an order for another item that my wife selected. Have been very happy with the quality of all of the items that I have purchased in the past (especially the personalized ogham necklaces that I gave to my wife and daughters).”
