“Overall, I had a terrific experience. It didn't seem like it was going to go that way at first, because the order for my fiancé's wedding band was going to be sent out beyond its ship-by date. I let them know this, and they were not only very apologetic and polite, but they upgraded my shipping to ensure I got it in a timely fashion. The band came and it's great quality and everything we wanted, and the price was right. The customer service was excellent. Delays happen, but it's how these issues are handled that defines a company, and they blew away expectations. I highly recommend shopping here.”

“The ring turned out beautifully and the service was great. I ordered this ring to replace my previous weddings bands which were too small. The design is similar to a ring I wore as my wedding band for a long time that my husband and I found at a little Irish shop in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada many years ago. When I asked if an early delivery was possible (wishful thinking on my part), Peter let me know right away that it wasn't and he was happy to refund my money if I didn't want to proceed with the order. He was the only one I could find offering this particular design and I didn't need it in a rush so I contained my eagerness for the ring and waited. It came when he said it would and I'm so glad I waited. I love it! A perfect 29th wedding anniversary present. Thanks Peter.”

“Amazing service and so helpful ! I'm getting married in a few weeks and as Ireland will be our new home - I chose a Claddagh ring as my husband to be's wedding ring. It is absolutely perfect ! Peter has been so supportive that when my fiance saw what I had bought him - he changed his plans and has ordered the female equivalent for me ! Even though timing is REALLY tight...Peter has come through yet again !”
