“If this was the size I ordered--9.5-- I would have been extremely happy and would have ordered more at a later date. However, since you didn't respond to my last email about having to size the myself in order to have my anniversary work out, I am very disgruntled.↵↵David↵↵Peter Replied: ↵Hi,↵Your e mail was left for me until my return from an Easter holiday. Thats a pity about the damage done but as this instance was really caused by my error I am happy to make you a new ring in size 9.5. As soon as it comes in i will Fedex it to you. Please just disregard the old one.”

“Dear Mr. Gavin,↵I definitely had some issues with the service, but I understand things happen. When we did finally receive our rings, we were extremely disappointed in the "size" meaning the width and thickness of the ring, especially the ladies ring. You can barely see the claddagh design on it.↵At least on the men's ring, you can see the design better, although still much smaller than we anticipated. If I had the choice, I would DEFINITELY return the rings for a refund! ↵So disappointed! ↵Thank you, William Sullivan↵↵Peter Says: Upon receiving this review I made the offer to exchange or refund the ring. Our customer decided to keep the ring.”
