“I received the pendant as a valentine gift for my Wife. As of today my Wife informed me that the stone fell out of the pendant. Obviously she was not aware of this until she began to take it off. Is this an unusual occurrence. The birth stone is quite small but to dislodge itself from the chain seems odd. We have been very happy with our previous purchase of the Tree of Life. Any suggestions. Thank you.”
