I bought to use as a case for my son's emergency medication for his seizures. It is easy to carry and holds a ton for stuff for the size. The aides in his classroom said the love it to much easier then the smaller one we used to have.

1- The bag is made of a flimsy material. It's not 1000 codura although it should be. If you stuff the thing completely full of gauze (or the filler of your choice) then the other pockets and accessory pouches won't overpower the bag and won't be swinging around. 2- The accessory pouches have week attachment straps and with the flimsy material behind the pals webbing. it's worthless. The Velcro or "hook and loop" on the pouches , or the whole bag for that matter, is cheap and not strong enough. It will hold a candy bar as advertised. Maybe an occlusive candy bar with built in adhesive tape for lifesaving procedures. 3- THE IS NO FEAKING CARRY HANDLE!!!!!!!! This fact is both sad and true. I hate this fact. 4- Your money would serve you better if you kept looking elsewhere. I have had more expensive lessons in life. This one only cost me $50. I will find a use for my bag but it won't be in the field. Perhaps I will use it for candy bars. I WOULD NOT SUGEST THIS PRODUCT TO A FRIEND.

I purchased this as a gift for my wife, she is a Vet, and has been wanting a medical kit at the house for both human and pet emergencies. We were able to fit so much in it. The bag has so many different pockets it was easy to keep everything organized. Also, all of the medical supplies on the site are awesome because most are available in individually wrapped or single use packages. I'm very happy with my purchase and have already recommended MyMedic to several friends.

It's great kit but the backpack sucks. You can't open it fully to see what's inside. So you have to pack everything in sacks and know where everything is located - no visual inspection of the contents possible. In any sort of emergency you usually wish to lay open your kit and get what you need. Not possible here. If the zipper to the primary storage ran full length down the sides and over the top, allowing full access, this would be top rated. Better yet, it would be a waterproof zipper.

I got this bag for my boyfriend for Christmas. He loves it but we were both a little depressed by the size of it. We thought it was going to be a little bit bigger than it was. That is why I would give it a 4/5 stars because it has a bunch pockets to store stuff and 2 different ways you can carry the bag. Overall, it is a great medic or survival type bag.

Not a bad bag coming from a 5.11 Rush 12, it forces you to get rid of al the B.S. you end up carrying over time. It is defiantly a minimalist bag. My only complaint is the handle/carrying system or lack there of... In the center pocket I keep my iPad and a keyboard along with some other small (soft) necessities along the pockets inside the center pocket, makes it easy to get to and return after doing my reports. The back pocket on the handle has the loop side of the Velcro so I am able to carry my CCW in that pouch. Not a bad bag but I see myself snapping one day soon and returning to my 5.11 and using this for another task.
