This is the most through med kit I've ever seen shy of my old EMT kit.

Has all you may need in a kit and more. I have seen kits twice the price with less then the Recon has.

I'm been a medic for 31 years and was looking for something to have in the car for when we travel. The bag it's self is great with lots of great equipment inside. The one down fall for me is how to carry it, there's a strap but using it is like wearing a murse (man purse) which to me isn't practical. I contacted the company about it thinking there had to be something stupid simple that I was missing. Nope, they said I could configure those straps into a backpack, but it was way to small to use like that. I ended up having a hand strap made and placing it on the top of the bag, but for the price they are asking there should be a better way.

Superior Customer Service and thoroughly supplied kits at a great value. What’s not to like! : ) I am an OR Nurse with a Trauma background and I can honestly say these are great kits. Not only will you be prepared for the boo boos in life but also the major trauma. I purchased two, the Recon premium and the MYIFAK basic. I divided the contents into three different kits and added some CAT tourniquets to each along with a few other items. Now I have a range kit, a wilderness kit and a major trauma bag for my vehicle. I couldn’t be happier and feel more secure. Thanks My Medic for making it easy to be prepared for the worst.

I suspect it's OK for the price, however, it would be outstanding if each item were labeled (1, 2, 3 or A, B, C) and a menu was included for the use of each item.
