“I bought one standard and one premium. The premium is filled almost to capacity with what comes with it. The pack is smaller then I thought it would be but I like the size and what can fit in it. “Got the $99 version and it is absolutely cram-packed with stuff: there are pockets and removable sections and clearly they thought very hard about how to get all of that in there. Of course there are large and small bandages including rolls for splinting broken limbs, there are over-the-counter pain pills of every variety, saline solution, even an emergency blanket. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was to nudge them into including a map of where stuff is.”

“Just took myMedic kit throughout all of Eastern Africa. I can't even begin to say how confident & comfortable I was traveling with my kit. I actually utilized the gear extensively & was able to render aide to multiple locals & people in my traveling party.”
