Nikki designed such a good program, which includes an e-book, so you get the knowledge, weekly videos and the Facebook group so you're going step by step and are held accountable and products which support you along the way.
Now, 6 months after starting the program, I can tell what a difference it made. I'm experiencing much less symptoms with my period and know how to support my body in the different phases of the month.

“Following the Moonbox program was challenging...I went through some serious withdrawals symptoms like extreme fatigue and headaches. But I’m feeling much better now and my periods have actually improved! I’m still tired just before and when my cycle starts but it’s not as bad as it used to be... my period is still heavy on day 2 but on day 3 on onwards... it’s actually lighter and lighter in colour. I normally get big clots and this has reduced. My digestive system has also improved.
