Alongside the beautiful eBooks were super informative (& smiley) videos where Nikki walks you through each week, sets achievable goals, and gets into the biochem goodness to help you understand what's going on with your hormone health!

“Nikki has everything set out perfectly so you don’t get overwhelmed. I loved how you could only see each week as you were up to it. The information and support you receive is beyond amazing! It sounds expensive to begin with but you know what? It really isn’t, investing in myself was the best thing I did and what you receive is so worth it! The e-books are filled with so much information and the recipes are so easy to make and are delicious! Personally for my by my second period it was no where near as painful for me. I’m not sure if it’s because I had already started implementing some of the steps in my life before starting my moon box, but I have definitely found a lot of the products handy, rubbing moon ease on my tummy and spraying with magnesium to drinking the tea. Also since starting my journey with My Mon Box, I’ve found I’ve had so much more energy from eating all the right foods and really listening to my body. Having a positive goal that Nikki talks about (for me it’s happier periods) I’ve found it so easy to change my eating habits this way, where as in the past eating healthy for me I found hard because I had the negative goal of eating healthy to loose weight and I really struggled with it but it’s just become such this easy thing to do and I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything by doing so, especially since eating chocolate is okay?we’ll not in huge amounts of course!
