I really loved my session with Nikki, our session felt informative and empowering. She provided me with tons of dietary & lifestyle insights regarding my cycle and how to best manage my periods with the right foods and supplements. We made a few tweaks to my diet, including protein in-take, eating more anti-inflammatory foods and incorporating foods rich in omega-3s. Nikki also make a tailor-made nutrition protocol and battle plan, perfectly suitable for my diet and lifestyle. I would definitely recommend working with Nikki!
