Hi Vicki, thank you so much for the feedback! Our compress reaches a temperature of 110 degrees Fahrenheit. If this is not hot enough for you, try the following:
1. Leave the compress on for at least 5 minutes to let it reach its full heating effect.
2. Place a weighted eye mask, or a sleep mask, over the compress for added pressure.

“Works great. My eyes feel so much better after using them. Today when I used them, though snd I noticed red marks under my eyes. Maybe they were too hot?? I don’t know because I also wear goggles at night and The red marks vould be due to the goggles. But, if they weren’t so expensive, I would use them more often. They really help.”

Some of our wonderful customers have written us that they actually wear the compress masks to sleep, so they don't need to wear goggles overnight! This way you won't get the red marks from the goggles, and can still enjoy a relaxing sleep while resting your eyes :-)
