“I like these a lot. They get very warm and stay warm, even longer than 15 minutes. I put a weighted mask on top of the warm compress and it holds down closer to my eyes which makes it work better.”

Love your ingenuity with using a weighted mask over them. The masks do create an enclosure around your eyes so the heat is reaching the eyelids, but you can certainly modulate the intensity of the heat by using a weighted mask over them. Whatever works for you :-)

The way our compress works is by forming an enclosure around your eyes so that the warmth (not the pad) reaches the eyelids. Also, it's good to leave it on for at least 5 minutes to get the full heating effect. The other thing you can try is placing an eye mask over our mask for added compression.
