The fingerprint reader is VERY sensitive... Turn your finger even SLIGHTLY to the side and it does not work...
The screws you sent for mounting are really too short to properly secure the safe. Longer screws would be beneficial.”

Thanks for your feedback. We are thrilled that you love your Biocube safe! The fingerprint scanner is sensitive meaning you don't need to press too hard on it for it to work. When opening, please make sure to orient your finger in the same way that you registered your fingerprint those 3 times upon set up. In terms of the screws, the ones we include are meant for the thickness of shelving systems which is usually about 3/4 - 1". If you would like us to send you screws, we are happy to do so. Please email us support@mycubesafe.com with the size screws you would like and we can send them to you.
