“Absolutely love it, drilling into floor and wall even not into studs would most likely prevent a smash and grab thief from being able to get anything from it. Seems like it would take a decent amount of time, power tools, and noise to crack into if properly mounted in place.”
“I've always been hesitant to buy a safe cause they are either massively expensive, or super cheap and don't really provide security that a safe should provide. With some young, curious hands in my home, it was time to upgrade my safe setup for my firearms and valuables. I am glad I found this safe, and took a chance on it with not being able to see it in person. First impressions in opening the box was very positive. Clearly the company has taken time to ensure the safes are protected during shipping, and my Biocube Plus showed up with no issues.
Upon opening the box I was impressed with the quality right out the gate. The design is clean and presented really nice. In my short time of use so far, the biometric unlocking has been as good as you would expect it to be. I get into the safe a minimum of 2 times a day and sometimes my finger doesn't verify, but adjusting the position and it opens just fine. The locking mechanism feels solid and tamper proof.
While you can adjust the volume of the keypad when entering the passcode, you cannot completely silence the keypad. Even with the volume turned all the way down, I've not found any way to silence it from the tone it makes after it's verified to unlock or when it's finished locking.
I am glad that I got the Plus model. It's the right amount of space for my firearms, knives, cash, etc and not feel super cramped. Definitely happy with the quality, and my purchase overall.”
