Reason for the 1 star review is My Friend Alice's customer service which is disgraceful. I placed an order, paid for it, then after the rest of my order was posted they advised one item was not in stock but they only gave me a partial refund, keeping $10 for "postage". No response to several emails sent to them. Will never shop with them again.”
