“RE: Order 47605. I purchased a Foil - Knowing V and Knowing U dress in the colourway "Plantlife" from another online site. I loved it so much that I decided to buy it in the "Shady" colourway available on the My Friend Alice website. The dress arrived promptly but when I tried it on it was not what I expected. The fabric felt considerably thicker than the "Plantlife" version and was much bigger across the hips. It felt and looked like a tent . I went through the returns policy and saw that I couldn't return the dress as it was a sale item; there was the possibility of exchanging the dress so I emailed the store. I received an email a couple of days later asking if I had received a returns slip in my parcel and I replied saying I hadn't. I've heard nothing since. I've called but still no reply. I am very disappointed by the whole experience. I won't be buying from this website again and will be wary about "Foil" products in the future.”
