This dress is everything I expected, just beautiful.
The material / lace is very soft and has some stretch. The measurements told me I would be a size 10 but me being new to online shopping ordered the size 12 to be 'safe'
When it arrived it was too big and had to be returned and I re- ordered the size 10. The process of return and sending me out another dress in a size 10 was so easy and stress free. The customer service at My Friend Alice was outstanding and I received my dress within 48 hours and even when I rang regarding the exchange, I was put at ease with their professionalism and friendliness.
I love this dress, had loads of compliments on it and I know I will get lots of wear out of it.
