“I ordered 2 wallets, an aqua and yellow. On arrival I noticed that the yellow was damaged - a very large, deep scratch on the back. I emailed Melissa and left a phone message in regards to a return. After a week I was emailed a return label. I returned the bag as instructed. I received an email today claiming that the bag was cleaned with jif and it wasn’t a scratch (untrue) and my refund of $55.20 has had return postage of $7.95 deducted. I purchased a bag in good faith - it is not my fault that Melissa sent a damaged item. Do not buy from this store - the customer service is very poor.”
