“This was a very straightforward product to use. Package arrived prompt, instructions were clear , results came withint 2 days.”

“Still very disappointed with the service from Mojo. First receiving the item was ridiculous, and despite talking to the delivery company we were made false promises that didn’t happen and was extremely lucky we was actually in to receive the parcel (they don’t let you know when it’s coming at all). Secondly you have a very limited window (two days out of Severn) to complete the test and send it back. Which for us becoming very hard with my partners working schedule. The test itself was simple, was collected easily, and results came extremely fast (6 hours after collection). However despite the results saying to book a consultation scroll down below there is nowhere to book one, and after our results were not quite sure on our next steps as we can’t discuss the results with anyone. So again we are still none the wiser despite paying for the test.”

Dear Rebecca, Thank you for taking the time and leaving this review. We're sorry to hear that your experience with Mojo was not as smooth as we intend it to be. As with usual parcel deliveries, we're unfortunately not able to time it with our customers' schedules as these are not bespoke deliveries. This is surely something we could offer and it would, however, cost north of 50£ in shipping. Our research has shown that our customers prefer a regular shipment in light of such a high cost. With regard to the consultation, this must have been a technical glitch and we'd be more than happy to make things up to you by offering a free consultation. “Dubious at first because of the mojo.ai website name! However, this kit and result delivered very quickly and the results were very accurate, even followed up with a phone call from an experienced doctor from mojo. Very happy with the service, and would certainly use again.”
