“Love that it stays heated for an extended time. The weight of it is great, really keeps it in position. I do wish it was shaped a little better for resting around the neck a little more. The cover ripped at the seam the very first time putting on, so that was a little disappointing.”
“This pad can be used as either a heating pad or ice pad for sore or injured muscles. It includes an optional cloth cover. I use it as a heating pad on my shoulders and it works as intended. It heats up in just a couple minutes using a microwave. The pad has a nice contour to fit around my neck, though I find it works better if I apply pressure to it. They recommend the pad be stored in the refrigerator.”

“This heating pad is awesome! I have had neck & shoulder pain for years, and finally a heating pad that works just for that! I love that it can be a cooling pack or a heating pack, and both very easily! For the cold pack you simply put in freezer for a short period of time, and for the heating pack you can warm in microwave or the oven. It comes with a very soft cloth to put over it, and also a very nice box, so great for gift giving as well. I used this both ways & they both made my neck & shoulders feel so much better. I would indeed recommend.”
