“I was really worried about this heating pad having to be warmed in the oven or microwave. I only have the oven to work with, so I put it on a stoneware plate and put it in to heat . After heating it and putting it in the strap on pouch it is good to go. I love the fact that the strap cam with an expander so it works on big and small people. The heat stayed with the heating pad for a surprisingly long time. I wasn't expecting the heat to hold up for as long as it does, which is very nice. It works wonderfully not only on my back, and stomach but my shoulder and neck area as well.”
