“The packaging was plain, but the label still had oddballs on it so the surprise element was lost. Not ideal and wouldn’t pay for plain packaging again, waste of money.”

Hi Simon, THAnk you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that the surprise was spoilt! We have the company name on the plain package at the moment as we are in a business park and if a parcel got lost and needed to be retuned this would be necessary to get it back to us. I will pass on your comments to the team and we can see what we can do to remove it! - OddBalls

“Although I secretly ordered some boxers for my husband & paid for the plain packaging, the address label on the package still said, 'sender Oddballs' I would have been as well leaving it free postage in your brightly coloured packing, as when I then ordered socks, I didn't bother with the plain packaging.”
