We are so sorry that we missed the plain packaging from the order! We have changed the layout of our packing lists to ensure this does not happen again! - OddBalls

“Unfortunately did not arrive in the plain packaging, it was wrapped up inside with the items. No harm done though as the person it’s intended for didn’t think anything of it when it arrived. Probably overlooked with getting the Christmas deliveries sorted.”

Hi, Thank you vey much for taking the time to write a review for us. We are really sorry we still had the business name on our address labels! We have since removed it completely form the plain packaging :)

“My delivery did not arrive in plain packaging so was a little disappointed as my husband saw the parcel arrive and therefore realised what he was getting for Christmas. I did contact the company and was impressed that they refunded the price of packaging quickly.”

“Ordered this as a gift and didn’t want my partner to know what it was ... plain packaging is fine but he knew what it was because of your in descreet return address displayed on the indescreet packaging, wanted to get some surprises for him for Christmas but this is now not a surprise, I get you need a return address on the packaging but the unit number/address would be sufficient rather than ‘oddballs’ especially when I’ve paid for descreet packaging, I’m really disappointed, will not order again if I’m wanting a discreet suprise gift!”

“Although its plain white packaging it still said oddballs all over it waste of a £1 if I had known I wouldn't have just gone with the normal packaging.”

“Speedy delivery, pretty annoying to pay £1 for non-bright packaging (Christmas present for the hubby- he would know straight away with the bag) and the logo was on the front label and back of the bag anyway. He knew straight away what it was!”
