“Had to pay £1 extra as this was a gift for Christmas and didn't want my boyfriend to see who it was from however it has return to sender on the back if undelivered so he found out where it had come from.”

So sorry we had missed that plain packaging from your order - we appreciate that you had selected plain packaging for a reason and we are truly sorry if any OddBalls surprises were ruined! We have changed the way we print off our order so we can't miss it in the future!

“Despite the fact that it was in unbranded packaging, it had a return address so my partner still saw what the package was. I may as well have saved myself the £1 and just had normal packaging.”

We do have to have a returns address on our packaging - like any other company i'm afraid, just in case the courier cannot deliver to you so they know where to return it to!

Hi Amanda, Our customer service team had replied to you to get this resolved with in 48 hours - again we apologise for missing the plain packaging from the order and have changed our printing process for the order so we do not miss it from future orders as well.
