“Paid for plain packaging and it arrived in normal highly pattered packaging with the company name all over it, as it was a Christmas present and it was delivered when my boyfriend was in he saw the package and can now guess what he’s going to be getting”

So sorry we had missed that plain packaging from your order - we appreciate that you had selected plain packaging for a reason and we are truly sorry if any OddBalls surprises were ruined! We have changed the way we print off our order so we can't miss it in the future!

“Very disappointed... My partner took the parcel in, saw it said oddballs on the address sticker and could feel that it was a rugby ball inside.... Surprise ruined.”

Hi Mandi, Really sorry that we had missed that plain packaging from your order - it will have been a case of human error when we have packed it for you! We do appreciate that you had selected plain packaging for a reason and all we can do is apologise we had missed it. We have now changed the way we print orders out so we do not miss that from future orders!

Hi Rick - we are very sorry that the order was not packed in plain packaging. We have changed the way we print our orders for the warehouse team in the last couple of days so that the pain packaging cannot be missed!

“Sadly although I paid the additional fee for plain packaging as I Wanted it to be a surprise, it arrived in standard packaging with the oddballs logos and colouring. I was disappointed and would not opt for it again.”

“I disagree that the plain packaging should be charged for. I always buy OddBalls for my husband as a gift and because the OddBalls packaging is so recognisable, I think there should be flexibility with the packaging.”
