Hi Angela, Unfortunately once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse we cannot cancel them no, but we can refund orders in full once they are retuned to us. Its awful to hear if dates have been missed due to delivery times - which is regrettable ,but unfortunately out of our control once orders are with a courier especially around this time of year. We do offer a tracked postage service which we would alway advise customers to use if they have specific dates they need products by.
