“I ordered this as my free gift when I ordered other items but unbeknownst to me when I checked out something went wrong and it removed my order leaving just the hat at £14.99! This is not something I would have ordered on its own. I eventually got a reply when I complained and was just asked to return the hat and then they would process a refund. There seemed no concern about the items that I hadn't managed to get and I felt it was poor customer service! I shan't be ordering again!”

Hi Sarah, Unfortunately if customers order products incorrectly when they we cannot change them once the order has been processed by our warehouse and we can only send you the items from your order. Our customer services team replied to you within 3 hours of your email and we consider this to be an excellent standard of service, we are sorry that you would disagree. We fully refunded the hat you ordered once it was returned to us - as is our policy on exchanges and returns - we do need to receive products back to us before we can issue refunds or exchanges. As no other products were ordered or charged to yourself in that original order placed, all we could do further was advise that the best thing to do would be to place a new order with the correct products and we are sorry you felt that was something you did not wish to do.
