“Customer service was poor in response to purchase of this item. The website, throughout the shopping experience, encourages purchasing more and more items to qualify for a free item. Then once enough expenditure is achieved and the customer has qualified for a free item there is no option visible to select the free item their marketing has pushed and pushed you for. Once going through the next step of the purchasing process they have a very unhelpful message telling you that because you did not select a free item and add this to your basket you can no longer qualify for this. Very cunning advertising and taking advantage of their loyal customers. Once a complaint is submitted to Oddballs you hear nothing back. Thoroughly dissatisfied customer. Would not recommend shopping with them.”

Hi Laura, We replied to your contact form on the 18th February and then sent 2 more emails, one on the 20th and the second on the 21st asking for you to select your free gift, all of which unfortunately we had no response from you. They were all sent from lookafter@myoddballs.com As we wanted to get your order in the post to you to prevent further delay we chose a free gift for you.
