“I had bought a mypurmist free and one of the bottles was defective/unusable. I reached out to customer service and within an hour of emailing, they responded and offered me 20 refills for free! They were extremely kind and the bottles came quite fast. The actual box was not too tight, so it was slightly open, but nothing too concerning since there was another box it was inside of.”
“I have been receiving My Purmist Ultrapure Sterile Water for over 2 years. In some boxes, I noticed that there were only 19 vials in the box upon opening. I eventually mentioned this to customer service, and I was sent a free box of 20 vials. That was much appreciated.
I also enjoy the fact, that since I have a monthly subscription for the ultrapure water, my purmist steamer is under a warranty to have it replaced for free in the event of failure.
I have previously used this warranty once. I receive the ultrapurmist water vials twice a month since I have two purmist devices. One is hard wired to the wall outlet, and the other one is charged with a USB cord, which makes it convenient for walking around.”
“For the second time I have received a shipment of "Sterile" water from Mypurmist. The boxes come unsealed, opened, and damaged. Not from shipping, from the warehouse before it was shipped. I can only assume these were returns or recycled. Not suprising, because I have found Mypurmist to not be a reputable company I have contacted their managment and never heard back. I am submitting this but I doubt it will ever be published by them.”
